1 m 33 yr female ,single , weight 45 kg, height 5.2, i m taking normal diet and becosule capsule daily, will this help me to reduce abdominal fat, i m doing half an hour yoga exercise on daily basis.

your age ,height and weight is ok. the abdominal fat u are taking about is not claer the the vitamins cap you are tahing. give the measurement of abdomen ant umbilicua nad at the hip.
