Can Bee Sting Cause Chills And Aches With Sore Throat?

I was stung by a bee in the foot last night. I removed the entire stinger, and was able to just ice my foot to stop the pain. But this morning, the skin is purple and I feel, well, sick (my throat is slightly sore, I ve got the chills/aches). what should I do?
