i would like to lessen the size of my bust. how can i do it without surgery?

Take low calory diet,Eat more fruits and vegetable soups and salads.
Concentrate on exercise of particular region.(Stratching exercise).
Swimming,Skipping roap will be helpful.Go to gym and do exercise under physio trainer.
Rule out any associated disease like thyroid condition,diabetes,hyperlipidemia.
