Can Bleeding Due Adenomyosis Be Cured Through Medication Or D&C Is Must ?

I am having bleeding since feb 3rd and still having. Done pelvic scan and the results are given below:

Uterus: slightly bulky,anteverted,longitudinal 100 mm,AP 58mm, transverse 61mm, volume 185.2ml
Cervix: the cervix appears normal
Myometrium: The following features were observed in the myometrium suggestive of adenomyosis streaky echogenic and echoluent lines.
Endometrium: thickness (total) 15.6mm structure thick echogenic endometrium containing multiple small cysts consistent with endometrial hyperplasia. No discrete endometrial or cervical polyps seen, No fibroids seen. Ovaries normal.
Diagnosis: abnormal thick endometrium probalble endometrial hyperplasia. Mild adenomyosis. otherwise normal pelvic scan.

What does this mean whether i have to undergo D & C and can it be cured by medication. Advice needed.

HI,
You need D& C as its showing endometrial hyperplasia and the cause needs to be known. But if you absolutely do not want it then you can take Injection Leuprolide which will cure adenomyosis.
