Hi, Cerazette may cause bloating and constipation but this happens usually when you are taking the tablet. The effects usually disappear within 48 hrs of stopping the therapy. So it is unlikely that you are having these because of the tablet or tablet withdrawl. I suggest that you get a pregnancy test done after another week or so. Meanwhile try dietary modification eat a soft diet rich in soups and cooked salads. Eat whole wheat bread and sprouted cereals if possible. Fruits like papaya and pineapple help to combat constipation. Drugs like lactulose syrup can be used for a few days at night if the symptoms are acute needing urgent therapy but they are not a long term solution and if used for a prolonged period cause drug dependance meaning that the problem recurs if drugs are stopped.
