hi dr..... i m living at my college hostel, and the food and water here doesnt suit me due to which i am lots of pimples over my face and hairfall.... what should i do??????

if you have a lot of pimples and hair fall too, i suggest you see a dermat immediately and discuss about PCOD. please avoid doing self medication at this stage.

hi welcome t hcm.yes change of environment may leads to acne .so first you have to wash your face 4 to 5 times in day plus drink plenty of fluid .in beginning stage you have problem in adjustment but all issue settel down because stress is also one of reason for it. if acne are hurting you concern dermatologist for that.
