Dear Sir/ Madam
Thanks for writing to us.
Since your fasting glucose is 127.64 mg per dl, It comes under the definition of diabetes mellitus (one of the two criteria). Any diabetic should receive Statins {cholesterol lowering drugs} irrespective of his cholesterol levels. Hence your cholesterol levels should be managed by statins as well as diet and not by diet alone. You should see your doctor for possible diabetes and related issues.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder
