Can Cold Urticaria And Heart Disease Be Related?

my son, age 47 in a couple of weeks, was diagnosed with cold urticaria when he was 15+-, currently he is awaiting triple by pass surgery, in a couple of weeks, posponed to an inflamed pancreas...my question is ..is there a connection between cold urticaria and heart disease? Out of the blue he has 2 blocked vessels at 100% and one at 60%, in addition the heart\muscle is only beating at 20%....Molly
