Can Colimax Be Used For Stomach Infection With Constipation?

hi, am suffering from stomach infection from last few days. Having constipation,gases, acidity.From last night i am experiencing pain in my stomach may be due to constipation. Stool is having bad color and odour. Doctor suggested it as stomach infection and gave me tablets like o2,colimax and rabilex.........is it ok?

Take Cap. Esomeprazole 40mg one before breakfast and Tab. Itopride 50mg thrice daily before breakfast for 2 weeks.
