Can Cylindrical Power Of -3.25 Be Corrected By Wearing Specs?

Hello Doctor,
My son who is 9 year old has cylindrical power as -3.25 and spherical +1.50, axis 180 for right eye and Cylindrical -2.00 Spherical +1.5 and axis 180 for left eye. Is cyl -3.25 on left eye is too high and can it be corrected with the glasses. Please advise.

nothing is to high. it can be corrected by specs.. advise him to use specs regularly. must inform teacher in his school. get it reviewed after one year.
