Hello Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that your father has Cystitis.gall bladder sludge and enlarged prostate.
Cystitis can be treated with antibiotics and urine alkaliser.
Gall bladder sludge has to be observed for couple of months and can be expected to resolve spontaneously.
As regards treatment for enlarged prostate considering his age his sympotoms can be controlled with medicines like alpha blockers and antibiotics . Dr.Patil.
