Can Cysitis, Gall Bladder Sludge And Prostatomegaly Be Treated By Medication Or Does It Require Operation?
hello sir, my father age is 54 and he is suffering from cystitis , gall bladder sludge and prostatomegaly . Can you advise me what should i have to do? Does it require operation or through medication it can be treated?

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that your father has Cystitis.gall bladder sludge and enlarged prostate.
Cystitis can be treated with antibiotics and urine alkaliser.
Gall bladder sludge has to be observed for couple of months and can be expected to resolve spontaneously.
As regards treatment for enlarged prostate considering his age his sympotoms can be controlled with medicines like alpha blockers and antibiotics .
