Can Cyst Of Size 51x33x38 In Right Ovary Be Diminish With The Help Of Medicine?
Hello Doctor, I m taking femilon tablet from last two months as per my doctors suggestion, i have a cyst in right ovary of size 51x33x38 and volume 34 cc please suggest me whether this can diminish with the help of any medicine or i have to go for laparoscopy.

Generally, cysts larger than 5 cm require surgical intervention.
What you can do is try OC pills for 3 months and have a review scan.
INterim, if you develop pain, bleeding, torsion, emergency surgery maybe required.
