Hi Dear, Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of acne scars on face which occurs when sometimes bacteria get trapped inside the pore, too, causing the area to become clogged. You should exfoliate your skin gently once or twice a day with a salicylic acid-based exfoliant. Apply benzoyl peroxide cream or gel for killing the bacteria in the pore. If condition doesn t improve in then consult dermatologist and doctor may prescribe oral antibiotics like clindamycin , Isotretinoin or Hormone Therapy.
