Can Diabetics Medication Be Continued During Pregnancy?
HELLO DOCTOR, I'M 32yr OLD ,MOTHER OF AN 8yr OLD DAUGHTER. FROM LAST 6 MONTHS I'M SUFFERING FROM TYPE 2 DIABETES .NOW I'M PREGNENT(LMP 17DEC 2011).I'M VERY SCARED. SHOULD I CONTINUE WITH MY MEDICINES OR I HAVE TO TAKE INSULIN DURING PREGNANCY.PLEASE SUGGEST.

in my opinion insulin is the best choice to control blood sugar level during pregnancy.
As insulin is a natural hormone and very safe for both baby.
Tab metformin is relatively safe but it is not as good as insulin in pregnancy.
daily do walking for 30 mins and take diet consultation from diet experts in diabetes.
