Can Diarrhea, Sciatica Pain In The Leg Be Related To Bruised Tail Bone After A Fall?

I fell about 2 weeks ago and the xray showed that I bruised my tail bone. Almost immediately, I have diarrhea. I did have IBS but that was gone for the past year, then I fell and now the diarrhea. Aweek after that I have sciatica pain in my left leg that goes down to my feet. Could all this be from bruising my tailbone. I forgot to say that when I fell, I also cut my head and had 5 staples put in. My head does not hurt anymore but the other problems are driving me crazy. I am 81 years old. Does that make a difference.
