Can Disc Protrusion Be Cured With A Second Surgery?

My wife had a surgery at l5 s1 on 8th February to remove disc protrusion. After 1 and half months, she has been suffering with the pain again what she was experienced at early period before surgery. Before immediate surgery the suffering was severe, she was unable to wake up from bed and the surgeon suggested for immediate surgery after looking at the MRI report. After 3 months of surgery, the pain is not so severe. But, she is to take diclofenac suppository 50 mg every 12 hours. A second MRI was done. It shows that the disc protrusion is like the 1st one. The surgeon advised to take a normal rest at home for 2 weeks. If the pain becomes worse, a second surgery is to be done. Though, the doctor advised to go for normal movement with some restriction (no weight lifting, forward bending) after 4 days of the surgery. My question is that, whether the second surgery will cure her problem? Or it could be repeated. Some experience persons said in the internet, after removal of disc protrusion, there some tissue may form, which could pressure on nerves. If it is true, what is the solution or is there any other solution to get rid of this? Please, help about my wife’s condition. Her name is Rumana with age of 36years. My e-mail address is YYYY@YYYY . Ziauddin, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
