Can Ejaculation Soon After Penetration Lead To Pregnancy?

I am 31 and my husband is 35. He has diabetes(insulin dependant) and he doesn't get hard enough. As soon as he penetrates, he ejaculates. Is there a chance of pregnancy? I had myself scanned and the reports are normal. Do you think should be done?

I can understand your question let me clear one thing time is not the matter but important is insemination even if the artificial insemination performed then also chances of pregnancy is there, the cases have been noted of pregnancy during the simple act of foreplay, I hope you could understand this, have good luck
