Can Fever Be A Result Of Using Orajel For Canker Sore?

I have a white bump behind my right molar. I all ready got my wisdom teeth out so it can t be that. It is a little sore to touch and when I brushed my teeth it started bleeding. I don t know what this means or if I should go to the dentist tomorrow or if it is like a canker sore that goes away? The dentist thinks I may have a cavity in my back right molar that got stuck under a sealant. I put some orajel on it so it is currently not bothering me but I m not sure what my next step should be. Also, I ve had a slight fever the past couple of days and a loss of appetite but I m not sure if they are related

Hi,
From history it seems that cavity in right back molar might be giving infection over the part giving this problem.
There is another possibility of having some root piece remained there while extraction of wisdom tooth as wisdom tooth has more than one root.
Go for x-ray of that part after consulting dentist.
Ok and take care.
