If hypovolemic shock is corrected and the blood pressure is back to normal and there is normal JVP and no dehydration then maybe frusomide may be tried for oliguria, hopefully there may be no urine retention and bladder is empty on percussion or catheterisation been tried. It will be safer to start simulataneous iv fluids for electrolyte and fluid balaance. If your system permits take consultation from a physician if available in premises or nearby for additional information and guidance
