Hi,I am Dr. Amitkumar Sharma (Internal Medicine Specialist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
hello doctor, i m 23 year old guy from punjab.i m fond of body building and sports but i m suffering from Gynecomastia.i dont want to undergo a surgery to get rid of it.is there some medicine to cure it without side effects..i wil be thankfull to u.plz help me
Gynecomastia could be because of hormonal imbalance or side effect of some medications, drugs and sometimes liver diseases. The best way is to consult your physician who can get your hormonal assay and if you are using any medications please stop and discuss with your doctor. Locally used, 'bangh' and 'hasheesh' are also notorious for it. Regular training with weight bearing exercises will slowly make an impact.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Azeem Ullah, General & Family Physician
