Can Headaches, Neck Pain And Shoulder Pain Be The Source Of Numbness Experienced In Fingers, Back And Legs?

Hello, I ve trying to figure out why my I have head aches that go to my neck down my left shoulder and at the tips of my thumb , pointer finger and middle finger are numb. Then in my lower left back down my leg .I have a lot of PAIN can you help me.
