Can Heart Palpitations, Numb Chest With Jolts In Body Mean Stroke?

i was just about to fall asleep, and i was woken up by what feels like a heart palpitation, but its jolts through my entire body but starts in the left side of my chest in the middle and just below my pectoral, after a couple seconds it goes away but now it burns slighly and my chest feels slightly numb, im 25 i know its not a heart attack could that be a small stroke

THIS IS NOT LOOKS LIKE HEART ATTACK... IN HEART PROBLEM YOU MAY HAVE INTENSE CRUSHING TYPE OF CHEST PAIN... IT MAY RADIATE TO LEFT OR RIGHT ARM MAY BE JAY OR BACK OF YOUR SHOULDER BLADE.. SO NO NEED OF WORRY... DO SOME BREATHING EXERCISES OR PRANAYAMA DAILY BEFORE GOING FOR BED... AVOID SPICY AND FRIED FOOD IN DINNER. TAKE YOUR DINNER EARLY MAY BE AT 8:00PM. SO DIGESTION MAY BE PROPER..
