i have high blood pressure 160/110 and cholestrol and i have thyoride problem 10.89 last six month.now i checked my blood glucose it was varying fasting 134,119 and 162 in different day and pp was 280 after 2 hour 75 gm glucose.Please suggest me i am suffering from diabeties or not.

Normal blood values for a 75-gram oral glucose tolerance test used to check for type 2 diabetes in those who are not pregnant:
Fasting: 60 to 100 mg/dL 1 hour: less than 200 mg/dL 2 hours: less than 140 mg/dL
Your values are higher to to normal. and so your values suggest that you are a diabetic. Follow strict sugar free/ fat free and high fibre diet along with exercise. Keep testing sugar levels every two months. If not controlled then meet a local diabetologist and get medication.
