Can I Continue Taking Diane Pills If Missed One Pill?
hi, I just want to ask if I could still continue to take my diane pills eventhough I've made a mistake because on my 2nd cycle of taking the pills I have taken it on the 6th day of my tablet-free days, and I was a little bit confused because it was also my first day of my menstrual period and I forgot that it was my 2nd cycle of diane pills. I am 34 yrs.old, 46 kilos and no medical problem. Hope you can advise me with this. Thank you.

It is suggested to take the pills on the first day of your next period, continue taking the pills for 21 days then take 7 days break. You should get your menstruation during this period. If you make mistakes in taking the pills or miss the pills, no worries, continue to take the pills as soon as you remember it. You can start taking the pills anytime, there is not any wait for the first day of your menstrual cycle. But if you are doing this, do use a backup like condoms to avoid getting pregnant.
