Hi,
According to me bifilac might not help. Try to give her some warm water and raisons soaked in water, the swollen raisons. This will help. Since she is a small kid we cannot use laxatives. Apply glycerine in the anal region and it will take care to cracks which could be the cause of constipation. Once she starts taking food, ensure lots of fibres are added in her diet and ensure she drinks lots of water as well.
Take care
