HI
Thanks for posting your query to HCM .

First of all I want to know whether your Ear and Sinusitis is due to Fungal Infection or Bacterial because if it's a fungal infection your case will be considered as Disseminated Fungal Infection and will require much Stronger Anti-fungal agents than Fluconazole.

But if it's bacterial I need to know what Anti-biotics you are on as there can happen interactions between Antibiotics and Fluconazole .

But as of your Eye surgery is concerned there is no need to worry as there is no risk if you are on Fluconazole .
