Can It Be Known Whether The Insulin Inserted Is Beef / Pork Insulin ?
I started taking insulin in the mid 80 s I know I took humulin r that at the time was beef / pork insulin. I wanted to give blood today but the red cross would not take it because they needed to know if the beef/pork insulin I took was imported from Europe. Do you have any idea on this or where I could find out.

Hi, If you have prescription or the data on the insulin you had taken, you can contact the company. They will help you out in giving complete information. If you can't tel the brand name or the company its difficult to find the drug information.
