Can Lower Back And Abdominal Pain With Fever Indicate Pelvic Inflammatory Disease?
I recently went to the hospital for a high fever with back and lower abdominal pain. The doctor believes I may have Pelvic Inflammatory Disease. He gave me two injections, one for pain and one of antibiotics. In addition he gave me a single dose of antibiotic pills. The fever is gone, the back pain is gone. But I still have lower abdominal pain. What does this mean? What should I do?
Hi, It seems that you are having some infection in your pelvic region giving pain and fever. As medicinr worked it indictes having infection. Continue with antibiotic and anti spasmodic medicine. After complete control of infection you will be alright completely. Take plenty of water. Take light diet. Ok and take care.
