Hello! Lymphomas are a group of tumors arising from blood cells called lymphocytes. At least two types of lymphomas (Hodgkin's lymphoma and Burkitt's
lymphoma are associated with a virus called Epstein Barr virus (EB virus). This virus can spread by saliva through oral contact as well as through genital secretions. That, in theory at least, answers your question about the possible mode of spread in sexually active individuals. Do wtite in for more info.
Best of luck!
