i have been having ear pulse in one ear had a cat scan on neck to ear then from ears to brain then a ultra sound on neck next mri on neck and brain if they dont find anything they are going to give me migranie meds i get a head acke once in a while the noise is making not here very well they siad my hearin is perfect
