Assuming that she took the iPill within 72 hours of intercourse as you describe, she shouldn t be pregnant. The fact that her period is delayed may be a result of the iPill which can sometimes cause irregular periods. However, if you also had intercourse at any other time in the cycle, without taking the iPill or using another form of birth control, then she could be pregnant.
