Can Moderate Lower Abdominal And Back Pain With Brown Vaginal Discharge Signify STD ?

I am a 25yoF and experiencing moderate lower abdominal and back pain accompanied by a brown vaginal discharge. An STD is NOT an option as I am not sexually active and havent been for quite some time. I am also experiencing intermittent nausea and fatigue... Any kind of possible answers would be appreciated.

Hello,
Welcome to HCM,
I have reviewed your history,
As you are not sexually active, the symptoms are may due to other infection affecting urinary tract.
The symptoms are suggestive of Urinary Tract infection.
For my patients I would have advised
1.Drink Plenty of water
2.Course of Antibiotic
3.Analgesics and antipyretics.
I will suggest you to consult your doctor as these medicines will be given only on prescription.
I wish you speedy recovery.
Hope I have answered you.
Thank you.
