there is a small right inferior frontal sinus polyp versus retention cyst, the ipsilateral frontal ethmoidal recess remain patent mild bilateral ethmoidal air cell mucosal thckening is noted and minimal mucosal thickening along the dorsal aspect of the rigtht maxillary sinsus is also seen. and there is a small right frontal osteoma what does all this mean. can it be treated without surgery.
Final decision of the ENT surgeon depends on the severity of symptoms being faced by you. If curative treatment is desired then surgery is the choice. If your symptoms can be managed with medical treatment then there is no immediate need for surgery.
