Can One Fly With A Cava Filter Cordis Optease In The Vein?

Hello doctor. I have a cava filter (cordis optease) installed in main vein for 5 months now. Dvt along left leg to cava vein partially recanalized. Is it safe for me to have a long flight (about 10 hours), and what precautions I need to take? Thankful in advance.

* take all your current medications with you.
* avoid smoking / alcohol consumption if doing.
