Can Osteoarthritis Caused Cervical Spinal Stenosis And Muscular Atrophy Cause Complete Loss Of Muscle Function?

I have osteoarthritis and moderate cervical spinal stenosis. I have muscular atrophy in my right shoulder due to these problems. Is that muscle gone for good? I also keep reading that moderate stenosis usually always turns into severe. I am so scared to live!

there is chances of muscle weakness if there is pressure on the nerve, I would recommend you to keep a close watch and if it progress further then you have to get surgery for it.
