Can Pain In Armpit, bowel Movement And Hot Flash Be Symptoms Of Menopause?

I am a 45 year old female. I have asthma and a hiatal hernia. I have had a sudden sharp pain on my left side near my armpit, then a very hot flush like a hot flash, asthma attack and sudden need to have a bowel movement. I know that asthma can worsen with lessoning estrogen. Could this all be part of a hot flash/premenopause symptom. Does it have something to do with the vagus nerve. Can the vagus nerve trigger an asthma attack
