Can Pain In The Stomach Be Due To Pregnancy?

I took plan b almost 4 weeks ago and about three days ago I started to feel weird cramping on both sides of my pelvic area. I m also having chills and fatigue but that can also be due to dehydration because I run daily in the heat. I m due for my period tomorrow and took four pregnancy tests all negative. I had intercourse on day 4 of my cycle in which I was still on my period. Do you think this pain in stomach is pregnancy?

Hello,
Firstly, you cannot be pregnant as you were in the safe period when the intercourse happened. Secondly, you consumed the emergency pill to be extra safe and this is very effective. The current symptoms are likely to be premenstrual. Home pregnancy tests cannot read well until 3-7 days after a missed period. Estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres is the better way if earlier and better confirmation is needed. Hope your query has been answered. Wish you good health.
