Can Parasites Move Under The Skin?
I felt something under the surface of my skin on my upper left arm. It was about the size of a small pill capsule and had the texture of a varicose vein. I poked at it (it was slightly painful to press in on it) and it disappeared back into my arm. I'm wondering if it is a parasite of some kind. I've heard that they can move right under the skin.

Definitely worms can move under skin.
worm egg can spread through contaminated food, stools.sometimes respiratory pathway also.
Gnathostoma species (worm group) can ideally feel under skin. it spreads through contaminated meat.
