Can Persistent Cervical Lymph Node TB Form A Malignancy?

i have finished 6 month ant Tb therapy but lymph nodes stil persist,its abot six month since i complete therapy.Idid biopsy last 4 weeks,Histology of cervical lymph node show mainly extensive central caseous necrosis partially destroying the node architecture,there were many well formed granuloma,epithelial cells and many multinucleated giant cells of langerhans type.
what should i do,am i not cured despite treatment? is there a chance to form malignancy?

dear friend
your cervical lymph node biopsy is typically tubercular picture.
Once a node is in this state due to TB the reduction in size does not take place it has to be surgically removed and biopsied.
if your other parameters namely ESR and CBC are within normal limits and you have completed the full course of ATT you need not worry.
better still check with your treating physician if he/she has any other suggestion,chances of malignancy in this case are negligible
