Can Riding A Bike Cause Bleeding In The Anal Region ?

I m a 24 yr old female and i justed started working out and riding a bike but i have notice in my middle area next to the anal area has been hurting me even to wipe and when i urinate it burns and i notice i been bleeding is that because maybe because i been riding the bike and sweat ....

It seems that you might have some soreness around the anal and vaginal area due to bike riding as it may cause constant rubbing the area.
Apply antibiotic cream on affected region.
Wear loose clothes while riding,avoid wearing jeans for some time.
If infection is there then go for antibiotic medicines for 3-4 days.
