Can Smoking Marijuana Lead To Thromboangiitis Obliterans?

Can smoking marijuana lead to Thromboangiitis obliterans (Buerger's disease)? Also, does Buerger's disease get worse from typing? I'm nineteen years old, south Asian (Sri Lankan), and weigh about 90 pounds. I have this strange sensation on the tops of my hands (so the opposite of the palms) and not sure what it is, or if it has anything to do with my veins, but read some info about this disease and thought I would ask . First I thought it was my skin that had this strange sensation, but it seems to be from inflammation...feels like I am overly sensitive there under the skin. Also, my right thumb was swollen for many months. I have the same strange sensation on my right ring finger. At first I described it as it feeling like someone was blowing on my finger, but that doesn't seem to be the case; it is that there is something different from that area than the rest of my finger. This pain is so awful and gets worse when I type. Arthritis has most likely been ruled out and carpal tunnel definitely has been. I got x-rays done on my hands and was told there was nothing wrong that could be seen. There is also pain in the palm of my hands, surrounding the "edges." I've had a few of my fingers lock before after excessive use of the computer, but haven't used it too much since. Had pins and needles too before when the pain was at its worst, but not anymore. Thank you.

Theoretically ANYTHING could cause Buerger's disease--an auto immune disease where the immune system reacts to something foreign and the inflammation piles up in the vessels.
But Buerger's disease is not subtle and is majorly helped by not continuing to take in the foreign material.
You, however, have hyperventilation from panic associated with drug use. THAT can stay for weeks after stopping the marijuana but is fixed by either treating the low carbon dioxide and low pH in the blood from overbreathing (breath in a loose paper NOT PLASTIC bag for a few minutes) or... treating anxiety with counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy, or perhaps SSRI's.
I find this answer helpful
