Can Spondylolisthesis Cured Without Surgery?
Hi..I have l5s1 grade 3 spondylolisthesis. I dont have a back pain although there is a radiating pain from buttocks to ankle. Been on bedrest for a month...only the heaviness of the body has gone but radiating pain still remains. Physiotherapy is also gng on.My question is surgery the only option or can it be cured through physiotherapy and swimming?

Grade 3 spondylolisthesis requires surgical correction .you need to avoid strenous activities like swimming....it may aggravate your symptoms....if i were at your place i would have gone directly for surgery
