Can Stomach Pain And Hard Pale Yellow Stool Be A Part Of Food Allergy?
Hi my two year old is complaining of stomach ache and had hard pale yellow stool, she's not been eating or drinking well,I took her the doctor yesterday and was told she had a food allergy we r still waiting on the blood test cause along with the above symptoms she had hives earlier, so is the pain in stomach and pale stool all part of allergy?

Even hepatitis may be associated with lack of appetite and change in the color of the stool. Are the eye of the child looking yellow? Did your doctor order investigations like liver function tests including SGOT, SGPT, Serum bilirubin etc. These investigations may help to identify if hepatitis is present or not.
