Hi,I am Dr. Alexander H. Sheppe (Psychiatrist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi, I am 30 years old, and I have never had this problem before, but soon after my auntie passed away of heart attack which made me shocked about it. I could feel that after that I had often difficulty breathing. I sometimes feel normal, but suddenly at one point I would notice that I have difficulty breathing. It is assumed as a result of stress, but one thing I noticed is it also happened after I drink tea or coffee or any drink with caffeine. What should I do about it? I am so scared as sometimes I feel like I cannot breath at all, but many doctor said it is because of stress, but I am afraid it might not be because of just that.
