Can Switching Birth Control Pills Cause Pregnancy Like Symptoms?

I have been on Alesse for 3 months now. The first month, switching from Sprintec, I had 2 weeks of spotting, then a normal period. This last cycle, I spotted for a week before getting my regular period. I also got raw skin from wearing pads two weeks in a row (have had to switch brands before), and now have some white, milky discharge. I had unprotected sex in the middle of the spotting-regular period. My breasts usually have felt heavier while on the pill, but hadn't on Alesse. Now I feel like I have 5lb breasts, with one episode of nipple tingling. I am currently trying to find a OBGYN. Do you think this is due to the pill or should I take a pregnancy test?
