i had a period on the 8th of january, it lasted 1 week and 3 days finnished on the 19th. 7 days later i've started another period with very painful stomach cramps and bloating. my periods have been irregular for the past 3months. im not on no contrceptive, i am sexually active, i've had a baby 10 months ago and also im currently suffering from symplis pubic disfunction aka pelvis instability and lower back pain. could this be the reason im having irregular periods?
