Please suggest do the systemic Enzymes (Revozyme Forte ,Enzomac Forte or Enractain)( trypsin + Bromelain + rutin )can be taken as preventive medicine for osteoarthritis ?

THESE ENZYMES HAVE NOT SHOWN GOOD RESULTS IN CLINICAL TRAILS.
PREVENTION CAN BE ACHIEVED BY WEIGHT CONTROL(KNEE OESTEOARTHRITIS),PROPER CUSHIONED FOOT WEAR OR MCR CHAPPALS ALSO PREVENT OESTEOARTHRITIS DEGENERATION.
GLUCOSAMINE .CONDROTIN SULPHATE ,PARENTRAL GOLD ARE EFFECTIVE TREATMENT OPTION.KNEE CAP IS ALSO SAID TO BE EFFECTIVE.

Hello.welcome.There is no medicine which if you take will prevent osteoarthritis to take place.Osteoarthritis is a normal wear and tear of the joint which will definitely take place with time.You can only postpone it by keeping yourself slim and making your quadriceps strong.Consult a physiotherapist for quadriceps exercise.Good luck.
