Can The Damaged Heart And Liver By Having Bath Salt Be Treated?

Niece took bath salts last night, liver not working, kidneys are now working. Only 25 percent of heart is working. Can the damaged parts of heart heal, and what quality of life is that?
She is 30 years old, around 130 pounds 5'2". Was healthy before this. Don't know how much of the drug she had, may of injected it. Heart attacks have stopped, this happened late last night.

Hard to say. Heart attack produces dead tissue. Mostly this does NOT come back. Certainly the usual medications for heart failure make the remaining heart work better and they also help healing but the heart dose not grrow back. Kidney and liver grow back.
