Can The Small Bumps On The Toe Be Cancerous ?

I have had a brown discolouration on my fourth toe for as long as I can remember and attribute it to being my birthmark but it has smalls bumps on it And I am wondering how normal that is and if it could be cancerous

you have not mentioned that the bump is from your birth .if yes it will not harm you but if it is increasing in size then you have to worry.than also you can take kachnar gugal 2tab 3time for longer period.
