1. If thyroid is enlarged it may cause pressure symptoms like:
i. it may press on the 'trachea' to cause difficulty in breathing
ii. may press on the oesophagus to cause difficulty in eating or
iii. press on the recurrent laryngeal nerve to cause hoarseness of voice all of which may be initially felt as neck pain, you have to seek a General examination of Thyroid Gland and/or opinion of Endocrinologist for the same along with relevant TFT [Thyroid function tests].

2. getting tired easily apart from under active thyroid could also be due to low hemoglobin [anemia] or disturbed sugar level, chronic fatigue syndrome, or from Depression/Anxiety], you need to check them simultaneously.
3. since Age is 24, mood swings due to approaching menopause is excluded, which means disturbed sleep, Anxiety/depression [any work/family problem], or hormonal disturbance can be the cause.
4. avoid caffeine and sugar, opt for balanced and healthy diet consisting of fresh fruits, vegetables and lean proteins along with regular exercise and good sleep.
